Books-- my current bedside books are Mrs. Dalloway (Virginia Woolf) and Smoke and Mirrors (Neil Gaiman). bsteph, there's an interesting story in Smoke and Mirrors with a Moorcock character (from the Elric books). I love Michael Ende's books, The Neverending Story and Momo. And Roald Dahl, Sandra Cisneros, Nabokov, and a bunch of others. My favorite comic book writers/artists are Alan Moore, Neil Gaiman, Grant Morrison, Dave Louapre, Dan Sweetman, Marc Hempel--- sheesh, still have a lot more to go. I read the first issue of Kabuki some time ago and it's pretty good. And the art is awesome. I forgot who did it though.
