Poser eyes seem to be looking at a book or,, something close in default (cross-eyed). Without a reference to (book)m the viewer is left with instant critical impression. Start by separating them by 6-9 degrees..

Specular on eyes makes no sense for the light either. These are things we see in a nanosecond. I think the skin and eyewhite are from different tonal charts, too.. "dead" giveaways.
