In general, 3D content (figures, props, characters, poses, etc) works the same whether on Mac or PC. I use a Mac, and I have never had any problems with any products bought from the RMP.

The major difference is how you install them. On a Mac you can't just drop the product Runtime into your Poser folder (or wherever your library is). Mac OS X will ask if you want to replace the folder... to which you obviously reply "NOT ON YOUR NELLY". I mean, click Cancel.

I use a little utility called dittoGui to copy product Runtimes into my library. If I buy a DAZ product I first use the DAZ installation program to expand the contents into a product Runtime folder, then copy that Runtime into my library.

There are some stand alone products specifically written to work under Windows, and some Poser Python script products that were developed on PC and may need a different version, or some post-purchase adjustments, to work on a Mac. These products will usually be clearly marked on the product page as being for "PC Only" or "Windows Only".
