If .NET desktop applications can run on Mac (is there a Mono for Mac yet, including WinForms?), the "Windows only" utilities in my freestuff will run on Mac too.
With a bit of thought, any Python script can be made OS independent.
Older Poser versions (5 and 6) often have trouble with Tkinter based Python GUIs. Poser 7 and later have a working Tkinter again. This is a Tkinter compatibliity problem, it's not actually Poser's fault.
Many of my newer Python scripts use the P6 user interface style, which is based on wxPython, and works equally well on both Mac and Windows.

The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
