Subject: polycons poking through during final render. driving me nUtS!

anyone ever seen this issue of poke through? breasts are definitly smaller then the clothing. I have adjusted 5 times. and everything looks good till you render. either firefly or poser4 you get the same result. I remember last time I seen this is was a material issue or node but I cant find it. any ideas of what to tweak?

select "normals foreward" on the bra material

 I'd try making the boobies a tiny bit smaller. Perhaps the texture uses even the slightest bit of displacement? That would make it a little bit larger at rendertime and it might JUST be enough to make it pop through in places :)
