Something you might want to think about is modifying the cloth you do happen to pick up.  You can start off by creating custom transmaps. (Transparency Maps) For instance you could find a free pair of shorts and apply a transmap to turn them into panties.  Or, something as simple as lowering the waistband by using transmaps would turn a normal set of panties into a risque, low-cut style.  In some instances, you could use magnets in Poser to put in slight modifications.
