I understand your frustration, and apologize for that.  I'm not sure why the temp key didn't work for you.  I personally purchased this product myself, and the temp key worked for a month, but Mark sent me my permanent key in a very timely manner.

Hopefully this is an isolated incident and doesn't happen to you again in the future.
