That was my original conclusion too, Bruce, but I can see when I open an image in Photoshop, sometimes the EXIF data is there and sometimes it isn't. Believe me ... the first people I always blame are the programmers! LOL! I've been having some issues with Photoshop lately. CS3 crashed, turned out the totally legit copy I had purchased was really pirated, can't get the damned thing off my machine all the way anyway, went back to Photoshop 7, some of THAT isn't working properly ... blah blah blah ... I'm sure when (if?) (ever?) my Adobe issues are corrected, I'll go back to happy times and consistent EXIF data! IN the meantime, I'm checking all y postwork steps to see which ones (if there's a pattern at all) cause the EXIF data to go away. The person who feeds and cares for my computer likes to know that sort of thing.
