Please stop this. There is a such thing as due process, innocent until proven guilty, and all that. Filing a formal complaint is the right way to handle it. If you can't get satisfaction that way, then pursue the matter in a court of law. DMentia is a very valuable member of this community and she doesn't deserve to have her reputation slandered. I'm not just saying that because I have worked with her before. This kind of thing shouldn't happen to anyone. If you think you have proof of something, fine. Submit it to the appropriate arbitrator.
