Only thing I can think of, is that M4 is actually just being used as  yardstick to make something for Nearme. The question looks for info about nearme, and M4 is just used as a measuring device.

But I can't imagine mdelling something for nearme, even a chair, trying to sell it and hoping it'll fit. That smacks of nonexistant testing.
