You'll need the Morphs++ for V4 to get anything other than an apple figure, and even then the apple prevails at larger sizes. I really dislike the height of the waist morph for Vicky. It's way too low. I'd rather see something more like Apollo, with several different waist morphs to choose from. If you want them to be nude or in very fitted clothing, then you also have to contend with the fact that the the pubic area does not morph with the rest of her, so it doesn't look natural.

For clothing, Evil Innocence's CrossDresser program with the Morphs++ license will make it easier to inject the same morphs into the clothing items that you have in your figure. You won't need the V4 license (unless you're also converting from another figure's clothing to V4--just the morphs license. It's not the perfect answer, and you may still need to deform a bit, but it makes it easier. On the same site, there's plenty of freebie clothing for Vicky with the morphs already in them as well as some additional fix morphs.
