Poser is not yet dead and don't count it out yet. I use both Poser and Daz Studio and I know there are things I can and cannot do in either application that the other can.
I am a content creator and I feel that Daz Studio still has some growing up to do to match what can be done in poser for content.

You may not like the next statement so cover your eyes.

• Poser will always have more people using it than studio.
• Studio is less like to over take Poser due to how many users there are of Poser
• studio still lacks of support for content creators
