I will generally avoid downloading something marked "non-commercial" because I have occaisionally sold renders and comics.  I do not want to include a prop in a render having forgotten that I am not allowed to use it.  Maybe some clarification is best, because you seem to be more focused on someone reselling your meshes and have not addressed the render usage.
