Quote - I found the solution to the problem at another site.  My anti-virus software was picking up a Poser process as being a Trojan and was refusing to let it run.  Unfortunately the window that said it was blocking a process was coming up behind Poser so I couldn't see it to tell it to knock it off ;-)

I had this same issue when I would run any python based program. I had contacted my AV maker and they told me how to get it working with a few "tweaks"
