Two things.. if Vendors would name Readmes other than Readme or at least place them in a Folder for the Name of the Product, users might be more apt to keep them straight.
I agree it is nice idea, but the reason they include a License to allow you use is so you do not have to give credit or contact the creator when you use the content in any commercial/public Render.
I will add that I immediately delete any product Free or otherwise from my system that includes a License that requires providing Credit or Contact to use the product in commercial/public Renders, once it is downloaded/paid for. I have noticed that most Free Items, other than those by the owners of the bigger stores, have a limit on the use so I stopped getting them. There are a few Vendors that I do not even bother buying their paid products because they have some limits on the use of their content, either due to a badly worded License, or intentionally (such as giving credit or getting approval for Public Display of the content). They are out there.
I think most Creators would be interested in seeing their products in use, but I think it is sort of like the Poser Sightings... it is better when someone notices that Image at such and such has product A or Figure B in the image.
