I haven't done much with dynamic clothes yet, but a tip I've seen for making them sit tighter is to shrink both the dress and the figure some amount in the first frame and then expand just the figure, but not the dress, back to normal size. The more shrinkage, the tighter the clothes will be in the end. I imagine something like that could be used, but a little more selectively, to solve that little collision problem you have. But that's really just a guess.

On the other hand: why should Antonia be better off than most women with a similar body shape?
