It's supposed to read as:

    {
    number 4.01
    } injectPMDFileMorphs YOURFIGURENAMEHERE.pmd  

It had to many }}}}}}}}'s in it  Just make sure to put a space betwween .pmd and the next word.

I got it to work without pop-ups! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! OMG! I figured it out! Happy dance time!
