You go to the copyright office online just google copyright. its the one with .gov in the name. And now it's even easier because you can do it all on line.  You have to take some renders showing all different angles of the mesh and a pic of the UV's just document it good. a copy of the OBJ and of the CR2 You can send it by mail like I did but it took 9 months that way so I think online will be faster.  They hav instructions on the site.  You get a cool littl certificate from the library of congress and a number.
