After a long thought and talkies here and over at DAZ ive changed my terms on majoirty of me stuff, they (with exception of tube station) now have limited com use, (no MR) so if anyone is interested now that you can use in com renders there will (hopefully) be a patch coming tomorrow or you can download the whole thing with new licence from the links already available.  :)
