It's quite simple really. Take a Picture of a person that has a head in the same positon you want your poser head to be in. Cut out everything but the hair. Render you poser image. Paste the hair on top of the poser image. Get out your eraser in photoshop and erace anythng you don't like. Take your smudge tool and smudge some split ends. And viola! You have real hair.
