Markschum, yes poser do interpret wrongly some ngons, I guess the only way is to help him a little and be patient about it! And things will work.

Imckenzie, thanks for pointing me that plugin Ive tried and it is a lot better than the normal import export of cinema4d! It did not resolve this particular issue but it improved a lot the performance. Its just a peaty that it isn`t free anymore.
