Quote - I have a picture that I'd like to use as a tatoo for Vicky's arm however it's not as simple as pasting it over a texture in psp since the top of the arm is split. How do you do this?

1st get Snow Sultan's color coded seam guide, and load into Photoshop.
2nd Split your tattoo image into two half layers, and start to juxtapose each half on opposite sides of the arm of the seam guide, using the color codes to line them up.
