i just found out that the Bertha character that is in the library/figure/cartoon section , it has quite a nice skirt setup.... as you see in the image attached, when i lift up the feet, the skirt goes with it nicely, but i had no clue of how it was done !

if anyone could advise it would be greatly appreciated.
