You're using Victoria 4 and you want the flattened image of her face map. Is that right?
What you posted is what you get. That's the flattened image of a texture applied to her 2D template.
If you want to modify the texture you'll need a program such as Photoshop so that you can save the new flattened image in .jpg format. The only way Poser can create a face map is if you apply a texture file in either .png, .psd or .jpg format. You can't create a texture file like you want. You can, also, add a texture (or create one) using the material nodes in the mat room but you won't get a 2D texture map doing it that way.
