There's several other ways to make thngs conforming. But PhilC's is the one I would recommend anytime. I have several other programs that can create conforming clothes, but none of them as easily as Obj2Cr2.
I would suggest a taper at the top, they're very straight up and down at the moment. For the folds, I'd cheat and run it through the cloth room with a good lining constrained as to keep them from falling off L
Other than that? Perhaps extrude a single row of polygons along the leg to make a seam, but that's optional. You can do all that with displacement maps really.
