This is so much a question of personal taste, and it also depends on what you are trying to create. In addition, a single head-on shot does not tell the whole story of a head (or a body) morph - we would also need to see three-quarter and profile views.

However, let's work with what you've given us...

I do agree with infinity10 that she is a somewhat doll-like, artificial figure. If that is what you intended, then I think she is very pretty and appealing. I find the mouth a little too narrow and downturned, but this gives a sultry look that you may well have been trying for... in which case, good work! The extremely slanted eyes also give a somewhat exotic appearance, which if it is intended works reasonably well, except that for such slanted eyes they look too wide (vertically, I mean).

However, if you are trying for a realistic face, I think these very things work against her. The mouth is very narrow
