Oh dear, sorry your nerves had to go through that, but I'm glad BriBri is okay.  What a little stinker!    My cat, Pippin, likes turkey and chicken the best.  He is the messiest eater, too!  When he gets done, there is food flung far and wide that I have to gather back up.  I actually had the vet look at him to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with his teeth, but they are fine.  He's just a little slob.  LOL  My dog, Chaco, on the other hand, just completely inhales his food.  It disappears in seconds without a trace left.  :rolleyes:  Speaking of....it's time to feed the dog!  :biggrin:
