I had missed this thread until Paula Sanders alerted me to it. I'm pretty excited about Vue 7:Beyond the Basics.

Silverblade: To answer your question, the book will be in color this time. I just got my pre-release copy and it looks very nice. The book began shipping yesterday, so it should be available on various sites in the next few days.

Shawn: Some of the new features in 7.5 were not fully working at the time I wrote the book. I do have some information on world building, but.......I will have more on a site I'm working on right now that is beind created in conjunction with the book: beyondbasics.net. I have a pre-site up where people can let me know what tutorials they would like to see and if they want them in PDF or video formats.

btw: I just noticed there is a preview chapter (the ol' "Look Inside") feature for the book, so you can see a portion of the first chapter on amazon.com. Go to the beyondbasics.net site and then click the link at the bottom of the page. That will take you to the book's page.
