The most important is the Tint control. It lets you change the overall color of the skin. There are also controls for specular effects. You can make the figure look wet or oily. There are tweaks you can make to the SSS effect, so if you're doing a blue Twi'lek character, you can set her up with blue blood instead of red blood.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
