As you were saying, I had problem getting specific morphs to work while in the Body part of the figure.  HOWEVER, selecting the parts with poke-through, and utilizing the obvious bodymorphs (in this case, Voluptuous, and a couple breast morphs, including Breast Droop) I was able to fit the dress to her body.
