No, that's the Python palette. The script window is a white window with the text output from the VSS Python script that runs (or should run!) when you click Synchronise (see screenshot). It will also pop up if a script you run finds an error, and it will tell you the error. The fact that you do not get this window at all tells me that the VSS Synchronise button is not running the script when you press it.

I'm preparing something for you to try.. back in a couple of minutes.
