The Python palette is the little 10-button menu you get when you click Window -> Python scripts.

The file that I attached is a text file, but it contains a Python script. It has to be renamed: mainButtons.py and replace the existing file by that name in your poserScripts folder. In other words, you have to remove the .txt file extension as well as change the first part of the name.
