Hmmm... of course it's your choice which way you want to try resolving this, so I'm following up on all three options here!


Changing your card reader drive letters is very straightforward. I always do it on all new PCs that have a built in card reader. You will then be able to use drive E: again for your content disk drive. This seems to me the easiest way forward.


The LibraryPrefs.xml file should be in your user profile. If you have Windows XP it should be something like:

C:Documents and SettingsApplication DataPoser ProPoser.ini

If you can't see a folder called Application Data, you need to tell Windows to show hidden files and folders. (Tools - Folder options - View - Show hidden files and folders).


To do a clean install, you need to delete the Program Files Poser Pro folder after uninstalling, and also the Poser Pro preferences folder in your profile (as mentioned above). Poser will re-create all of this from scratch when you re-install and run it.
