If you weren't using "frame all", maybe you already had a spherical planetary terrain but you didn't know it. :-)
With the default radius (6400Km), there's no visible difference in the main camera view, everything looks exactly the same. As in real world, of course, because that's more or less the real radius of Earth. When you raise the camera a few kilometers above the ground, you'll start to see the roundness of the planet. Just like in real world. It's very cool, my favorite feature of 7.5.
