Here they are now spotlights. I added some balls.

The luminance changes are correct in both cases because we're using the correct ISF and GC shaders on all props. But the starting color is just wrong on the first light. It is not the color I selected in the color picker.

You have to anti-gamma correct the color of your light or that's not the color you'll get.
