Ok dingle boy hes what i suggest you do ,let rcook know what your isp # is then give him the serial number off, the program .He may ask you a few question first but dont worry about it ,its all good.Just explian to him the problem and let him know were you got program at he is very informed about this stuff.ok happy hunting..or you can ask jeff h here too he is well informed as well
