So you're saying they deliberately did not transfer the order histories just to piss off their customers and run them off? And you're comfortable making that rationalization?

No what I am saying is that they are lazy for not doing this. I work with databases all day long and I know that with some time and effort they could have made it work so your account info could have been moved to the new site.
