While we're ok with you guys venting your frustration, but, if there is a problem, there's nothing anyone can do about it...please contact their support.  It may not be as handy as a forum, but I've had nothing but good support from Ratscloset and starlet in the past, as have many others.

I 100% agree. Also, this is sort of a new "1.0" release of the site. Im sure most of bug issues will get worked out as quickly as possible.
