I have CDBurner XP and I like it and it's free. You may donate if you feel the software is up to your liking. From the web site concerning 64bit:
Q: Will CDBurnerXP run on a 64bit (x64) platform?
A: Yes, it will. However, there is no 64bit edition of CDBurnerXP (which is not necessary).
