For a footlocker, perhaps see the "dresserTrunk" by cal in
FS here?   Although not quite military, and the thumb didn't display here (for me), it is still linked to his homepage,and from the "free 3D models" link, the file is in the 5th row, 5th column on that page.

Do they have gym styled lockers?  Some of those around.
