That's open for debate. DAZ's forum is active like crazy, but we're still told to file a support ticket because the mods can never get ahold of the people in charge. Sure, when there's something relatively minor, they respond, but when it's something really serious, how many foks have actually gotten results by posting in the fora there?

In fact, we're often told that the DAZ people don't read the forums, although I know that's not the case. They just don't often respond.
