but is has to do with creating a loop, something as simple as a static pose being turned around 360 degrees, the camera does not move. There is always a pause when the loop starts again. Doesn't matter if I have the figure spin 359 degrees or 360 at the last frame there is always a little pause/glitch before it starts frame 1 again.
Is there a way around this?

What you are trying to achieve is a perfect  loop
for it to work visually the beginning frame of the animation have to be perfectly identical preferably using Spline interpolation for a smooth transition into the final frame.
