Quote - Black actually took more thought than the others 'cause that one has quite different settings.  I have a pair of shoes that very close to that IRL with like 1/2 inch (1.27cm)  heels.  Unfortunately they are about 10 years old and covered in paint splatters. =/

Antonia still needs some casual flats and some dressier heels, but I wanted to make something that could go either way first since she has next to nothing to wear.  Though I probably will not make heels higher than 3 inches (7.6cm) 'cause I think it looks rediculous.

ThespiSis - I am even more leary of using a freebie shader - I have a hard enough time keeping my hss and pw* current for version, and they're required to update their shaders every time Daz breaks them.

It'll all be moot in a short while anyway with 3.0, it'll be very easy to add as many alternate specular bricks as I want and anyone with version 3 paid or free will be able to use it.  These will actually be a good challange for me to figure out the new system of brick twisting.  And I do want to also learn how to write my own bricks but it's gonna take much more code diving than I'm used to so it'll take some learning.

Hi Fisty
Loved the shoes and textures.
Once again I am playing devil's advocate here so please don't be angry or frustrated with me..I thought I would throw this idea at the wall, like wet noodles, and see if it sticks.

Some time ago someone created a sandal with morphs that turned it into a moderately high heel shoe for V2. It had straps like regular flat leather sandals and the morphs raised the shoe to look like a summer hi heeled open toe sandal with the same look as the flats but with a higher. Nice set and very versatile. and of course, free!

DAZ also created many years ago, a morphing fantasy boot that gave the artist a huge selection of boot options to create from the morphs included. It was for V2 and M2 but the idea was wonderful and, in my opinion, well worth the added price I paid for  the boot set.

What I am driving at is if there is a way to take, say a shoe like this and through modest morphs and transmaps allow a few different variations for it to give the user base more variety for a developing figure like Antonia? I can see this with thinner heels and thin straps for the foot or multiple straps or even a transmapped weave tex or a higher heel or even a morph to make it a flat sole sandal.

What do you think?  :)
