What's it called when you go into stores and organize their stock for them?     

This shows the action of water spinning that wheel.  No candy shop, but I figured ... hey ... I'd just pick one, since there were two suggestions at the same time!

I would like to see a texture shot.  Any old thing will do.  Bricks, grass, oil ... whatever texture you like!
