Keep in mind that this shortcut zeroes everything--pose + morphs.  If you want to keep the morphs, use Edit/Memorize/Figure.

There isn't an inherent shortcut for turning off IK, though there are some pose files around for that purpose, but finding them and waiting for the pose to be applied takes about as much time as manually turning them off (usually IK is only on legs).  I think that resaving a figure to the library, after turning off IK, keeps the IK off for the saved figure.
