Whilst Ctrl+Shift+F is very useful, and may be sufficient for your requirements depending on what those are, it is not strictly speaking the same a zeroing the figure.

Ctrl+Shift+F restores the figure to its last memorized state, if you did not use any of the Memorize functions, this will probably be default pose, the same pose the figure had when first loaded. But note that for many figures not all the joint rotations are zero in the default pose.
