Try negative values for BreastsSize etc, a little bit here and there.
Just an example I used for one of my chars:
Breastssize: -0.36
BreastsLarge: -0.2
BreastsCleavage: 0.79
CleavageWidth: -0,276
BreastsPerk: 0.28
AureolaOut: 1.15
AureolaPerk: 0.31
Nipples: 1
NipplesHeight: 0.2
NipplesDepth: 0.56
NipplesBig: 0.44
Try it, I love the result ;)
