*MrSparky - I can understand that it gets your name out there but I kind of think of it as why buy a car for 20K when you can get it for 10K.

Do not the free model sections of different sites serve that purpose?

• They can do - though I think you need to do a range of things to get your work noticed.  
  Like giveaways, contests, forums etc etc. 

Personally I do slide more towards cheaper pricing for poser models because I'm like most poser users - not that rich and I think prices should reflect that.

My take is you could make the greatest 3d model in the world but if you price it to high it's gonna sit there. Especially if thats in a niche area of the poserverse.
