If you buy a texture or it comes with something that you have bought, it is normally the case that you can use it in commercial images such as a poser rendered image. Freebie content is sometimes different, and you are not always allowed to use it in commercial works. In either case it is prudent to check the licence for any product you are using for commercial purposes.
