So you have the "/SAM HD/Applications/PoserAll/Poser_Victoria4 folder selected as a Poser content directory (in Edit>Preferences>Directories, click the button at the top to get the Poser content folder list - it says DAZ Studio content directories at first - or click the Advanced button to open the Content directory manager and expand the Current>Poser Format Content branch) and that is the folder you installed Victoria 4 to?
